What is your mode of payment?

At the moment, we accept payments made via Paypal, online bank transfers and bank deposits. We also accept payments via GCash, Cebuana Lhuillier, Palawan Express and Western Union.

How much do your services cost?

Our services are custom-tailored for each student. This means that fees depend on the service availed. Rest assured that transparency will be maintained throughout the transaction.

How do coaching and consultation work?

A coaching and consultation session is an audio or video meeting with us in real-time online. You can talk about whatever you need help with in these sessions. For instance, you might speak of topic suggestions, how to organize your paper, how to carry out a particular study, etc.

What are your business hours?

We respond to emails, orders and queries from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday. We dedicate Sunday to church and family time, so please bear with us when we don’t respond to your messages sent on a Sunday.
